pkluke operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm player identity, age, and payment method ownership. Verification may be requested at any point, including at registration, prior to a first withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a review.

Accepted identity documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
• Valid Bangladeshi passport.
• Bangladesh driving licence.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at pkluke is ৳500. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladesh bank transfer partners including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others listed in the cashier section of your account. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. For fully verified accounts, bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically process within ten minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours on Bangladesh business days. pkluke does not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered in the player's verified name.

Currency: All account balances, bets, wins, bonuses, and transactions are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pkluke does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency.

Refused transactions: pkluke reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

pkluke offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that bonus only.

General bonus rules applicable to all pkluke promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above with a fully registered pkluke account.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific bonus terms.

pkluke cooperates with relevant authorities in relation to any suspected illegal activity and will disclose account information as required by applicable law.

Closure by the player: You may request the closure of your pkluke account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the player's verified payment method before closure is finalised. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Closure by pkluke: pkluke reserves the right to close or suspend any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request has been received and processed.

Where an account is closed by pkluke due to a breach of these terms, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be evaluated and returned at pkluke's sole discretion following investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkluke shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential — arising from:

pkluke's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit pkluke's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pkluke's own negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
